Code of Conduct
This Code of Values & Standards of Conduct serves as an addition to the established ‘Service Terms & Conditions’ governing all companies under MARKSAN GLOBAL (referred to hereafter as MARKSAN GLOBAL). All employees are required to read this manual carefully and follow its guidelines diligently.
At MARKSAN GLOBAL, our business is founded on integrity and mutual trust. To maintain this trust and uphold our reputation, we place a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of conduct. These standards consist of essential rules, regulations, and ethical guidelines. It is the responsibility of every employee to be well-versed in this manual and to act in accordance with MARKSAN GLOBAL’s principles. Additional workplace-specific rules or regulatory requirements may also be introduced and will be communicated to employees as necessary during their employment.
The purpose of this Code is to ensure that employees have a clear understanding of the organization’s expectations, helping them to perform their duties effectively. Each section outlines important policies and behaviors required in the workplace.

Employees should seek clarification from their supervisors or relevant authorities whenever they are uncertain about the appropriate action to take in a particular situation.
Failure to adhere to these standards of conduct may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the service rules applicable to all companies under MARKSAN GLOBAL.
